Client: Yianilos

I first met the the Yianilos's at Junior Olympics Fencing Championships in Arlington, TX. Since then, we have been in various stages of the commissioning process. I recently sent K. Kianilos a packet of photocopies of photographs I took of her daughter fencing in both the JO's in 2004 and the US National Fencing Championships in Sacramento, Ca in 2005. This is my favorite image of L. Kianilos.





Once they browse the packet they can choose the "style" in which they want me to paint the image. The variety of styles I paint in range from realism to semi-abstraction. For examples of my work view the gallery pages of my website:
