Continuing the topic of female artists....

My friend and fellow artist, Carrie Able, is working on a series of paintings called "Revealing Hues". She visited me while I was in my Jacksonville, FL studio and said she wanted to know what about my body I was most proud of (-my eyes) and most embarrassed by (-my throat). Well, answering those questions was a little uncomfortable for me because I'm shy, believe it or not. But based on what I told her she completed the portrait of me entitled "Indigo".

This painting is currently on display at the Halewai Art Gallery on the North Shore in Hawaii.
